Installer
Entry-level position responsible for the physical installation of equipment. Assists with basic setup and learns the fundamentals of the industry. Gain hands-on experience in the field.
Technician I
Builds upon installer experience, possessing a growing understanding of technical aspects related to AV, security, surveillance, and networking systems. Performs more complex installations and troubleshooting.
Technician II
Proficient and experienced technician with in-depth knowledge of AV, security, surveillance, and networking systems. Leads installations, troubleshoots complex issues, and mentors junior technicians.
Project Manager
Oversees multiple installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manages crews, coordinates logistics, and communicates with clients. Requires a strong installation background.
Sales Consultant
Drives sales by understanding client needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions. Possesses a deep understanding of installation processes and equipment to effectively communicate value. Technical expertise is essential.
